categorize patients into urgent / non-urgent groups to evaluate the effect of
walk-in hour on appointment volume. The result confirmed that the walk-in
hour had positive effect on urgent appointment increase. • Developed multiple
linear regression model to identify significant variables that affect urgent
appointments. The results were used to guide CCP to revise its walk-in hour
time-table to provide higher efficient service. |
